Lisa Ann has worked with faith communities, both local and global; mentoring, discipling, teaching, and learning alongside others on their spiritual journeys.  Traveling to over 40 countries and interacting with those from different faith and cultural backgrounds, she is rooted in the knowledge that we all have the same basic need for love and companionship, and Christ’s desire is to be present with each and every one of us.

She is currently completing her Masters degree in Spiritual Formation with a concentration on Spiritual Direction, graduating in the spring and a Reiki Practitioner (for more information on Reiki, click here), which is a helpful tool for meditation and nurturing our spirit, soul, and body towards greater union, as often we suffer from the fragmentation of not knowing how much Christ cares for wholeness in every aspect of our lives.

Lisa Ann is the mother of a (remarkable) 17 year old young-man, lives in Portland, OR, and  Being the mother of the greatest 17 year old in the whole world, is her deep joy. Stewarding life exposes our hearts and intentions, which can sometimes be inspiring and other times challenging, but always a gift.

God is known in all things.” – Dionisyius.

WHAT TO EXPECT

"The type of companionship that is encouraged in Spiritual Direction holds great value to me because I see it as the way Jesus often engaged with others.  At the very heart of this practice is listening.  Jesus walked in this way of communication and love, so well.  One way He did this was by asking questions:  “What do you want me to do for you?”,  “Who do you say that I am?”,  and “Do you love me?” His inquiries gave opportunity for the recipient to enter into a deeper understanding of God, self, and others.

I would love to hear from you.  If you have questions, thoughts, or are interested in the practice of spiritual direction. Please feel free to email me at:
